Velix Eclipse Pro™

You may return your item within 7 days of delivery. The product may be opened, but it must be in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, you must provide video proof clearly showing the condition of the item. The video must be sent to support@velixrun.com within 7 days of delivery.

If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
