Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you received a defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting customer support may delay resolution and result in account restrictions.
